Service Associates are cross-trained in every area of theater operations including box office, concession stand, cafe, usher and door positions. They are the most direct representatives of our company.
Responsibilities include:

• | Perform inventory counts | |
• | Support company objectives and policies and procedures | |
• | Provide a clean and safe environment |
Previous cinema, hotel, restaurant or retail industry experience is preferred; however we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate potential and a desire to provide superior customer service. Coordinator and Supervisor
Coordinators and Supervisors are responsible for supporting the management and play a key role in the overall operation of the theater. Coordinators and Supervisors are the eyes and ears of the management team, and will likely train in management functions.
Responsibilities include:
• | Oversee & ensure smooth theater operation | |
• | Ensure superior customer service and outstanding film presentation | |
• | Staff training and development | |
• | Enforce staff appearance guidelines | |
• | Delegate staff where most effective – ensure breaks are appropriate to business | |
• | Maintain a clean and safe environment – especially restrooms, concession & café | |
• | Weekly and daily concession inventories | |
• | Work as a team with each other & management | |
• | Communicate on consistent basis with staff & management | |
• | Cash handling | |
• | Crowd control | |
• | Daily and weekly concession inventories | |
• | Operate and trouble shoot projection equipment | |
• | Ensuring that concession items are merchandised and presented in a way to maximize sales |

Assistant Manager & House Manager
Assistant Managers and House Managers support the theater's Managing Director, and play a key role in the overall operation of the theater. These positions are expected to run the theater with or without the presence of the Managing Director.
Responsibilities include:

• | Theater staff supervision | |
• | Hiring, training and developing staff | |
• | Developing and maintaining a team oriented environment | |
• | Maintain a clean and safe environment | |
• | Communication between the theater and home office | |
• | Daily, weekly and monthly reporting | |
• | Daily and weekly payroll management | |
• | Concession, merchandise and inventory management | |
• | Staff communication, meetings, etc. | |
• | Cash handling | |
• | Crowd control | |
• | Weekly management and staff schedules | |
• | Operate and trouble shoot projection equipment | |
• | Enforce company policies and procedures |
Qualified candidates should possess an entrepreneurial spirit, a knowledge and love of film, and a sincere desire to make a difference. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of two years experience in the cinema, hotel, restaurant or retail industry, and supervisory experience is a preferred. Due to the nature of our business, weekend and holiday work is required.

Managing Director
The Managing Director is responsible for all aspects of an efficient and profitable operation. This position reports to the Division Manager and the Vice President of Operations.
Responsibilities include:

• | Responsible for weekly invoices, petty cash, and all theatre funds | |
• | Maintain a clean and safe environment | |
• | All building repairs and maintenance | |
• | Maintain good relationships with vendors | |
• | Primary communicator between the theater and the home office | |
• | Maintain good relationships with vendors | |
• | Maintain good relationships with vendors | |
