When we first display your wallet, the programs you participate in are listed from highest dollar value to lowest. Whenever you pay with Swift, we will provide different "payment options" utilizing reward currencies from your wallet. And we will do all possible to use those currencies in the priority that you have selected.
To re-order your rewards currency use preferences simply "drag and drop" them into the desired order using the tabs to the left of each rewards program. Once you have them in the desired order, click "save changes". If you don't want to change them, just click "continue".
Please note, that even though you may specify a preferred use order, sometimes a rewards program operator may "require" that a certain amount of their rewards be used for the redemption. If this is the case, we will take take those rules into consideration, while also doing our best to accommodate your preferences. When using Swift on the Internet, to the extent allowed by the rewards program operators, you'll have the ability to modify the default payment options presented. When making mobile payments, we will present multiple payment options based on your preference, but you will not be able to modify them. This restriction is necessary to keep check-out lines moving quickly for the benefit of all!
But remember, the decision is always yours. You will never obligated to pay with points if you can't work out just the right payment solution.
