Sales FAQ's

What do I need to use SaveOnFaxes?

SaveOnFaxes works on any standard email program with Internet access. Even if you have an Internet-based email account, SaveOnFaxes will allow you to send and receive online faxes. Additionally, SaveOnFaxes is compatible with a Blackberry and other handheld devices.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No. SaveOnFaxes is a month-to-month service. However, by signing up for a 12 month plan, you can benefit from even more savings. (Click here to see plan options.)

Do the monthly pages included in my plan require a certain number to be incoming vs. outgoing faxes?

No, unlike competitive offers that reflect a certain quantity to be incoming vs. outgoing, you can use your monthly allocation however you'd like. For example, if you've selected a 250-page per month plan, you can send 200 pages and receive 50 one month, then send 160 and receive 90 the next month.

Which plan should I choose?

We find that most small business and independent users only require about 20-50 pages per month, so you may be just fine with our basic plan. However, if you anticipate sending and receiving significantly more than 50 pages per month, you should consider our small business plan which gives you up to 250 pages per month to send or receive.

Is my SaveOnFaxes number available all the time?

Yes, your online fax number is 'always on and never busy'. Your computer does not need to be turned on to receive your online fax.

Will SaveOnFaxes sell my email address or send me advertising?

No. SaveOnFaxes serves both business and consumer customers and is fiercly committed to preserving our fax customers' privacy. You will not receive an online fax advertisement from us unless you request it, and we will not sell your email address to anyone.
