our name implies, in our clubs, ladies ALWAYS come
first. Therefore, our clubs are designed with a woman's needs
in mind. We have combined one of the best fitness programs with
various weight loss and relaxation therapies. This combination
makes our clubs the ideal place for women of all ages.

Most
women join our clubs because they want to lose weight. Some join
because they want to tone their muscles. Other women just join
because they love some of the relaxation therapies we provide.
Thankfully, our facilities are designed to meet all of these
expectations. However, OUR PURPOSE is to help women get healthier.

we know you want to look better, we want you to FEEL better.

Now that we've entered the 21st century, IT'S TIME TO MAKE TIME FOR EXERCISE. Stop looking for excuses. Don't
wait until it's too late. Thirty minutes a day, 3 days a week is
all we ask that you dedicate to our program. Few people will dispute
the fact that exercise should be part of your regular routine rather
than just an option!

Before you begin making excuses as to why
you cannot start an exercise program at your age and stage, read
this: A fitness study conducted in 1996 at Tuft's University in Medford,
Massachusetts had 9 sedentary people exercising by doing leg lifts.
When evaluated after just 8 weeks, the participants had on average
increased the strength of their quadriceps by 176%, their muscle
mass by 9% and their walking speed by 45%. Guess what their average
