Perfect World Philosophy:
In a perfect world, mothers drop off their kids somewhere and go to their fitness centers. There they exercise, relax, unwind and enjoy their free time. This "perfect world philosophy" has been adopted by many of our competitors. They will tell you that the reason they don't have a kids room is because when you go to their club, you should dedicate that time to yourself. "This is your time". Although we agree with this philosophy, at Ladies First we also realize that this poses an inconvenience for many mothers. This is why our clubs have adopted a "real world philosophy" rather than the "perfect world philosophy".

Real World Philosophy:
The Ladies First Philosophy. Unfortunately, we live in a real world and a real world is not a perfect world. We at Ladies First understand this. Although we would like for you to drop off your kids somewhere and come to our clubs to escape, we understand that this is not always possible. This is why we've created a great room for kids. We call it the KIDZ ZONE.

KIDZ ZONE is an exciting and fun room for kids. In addition to your typical toys and games, all of our Kidz Zones are equipped with a minimum of 2 TV's - one for movies and the other for video games. At Ladies First, we believe a kids room should also be a fun room. This enables our ladies to escape while their kids have fun, fun, fun!

NOTE: These rooms are dedicated to all the mothers who have been unable to escape to a facility such as ours because
other clubs have been functioning under the "perfect world philosophy" rather than the "real world philosophy".
